Mission Ranch Carmel
In 1986, Clint Eastwood bought the Mission Ranch, saving it from a fate as a condominium project. Thanks to his vision, the ranch has been restored to its original beauty and charm.
Amenities at the Mission Ranch Carmel
The Bunkhouse is the oldest structure on the ranch and is now enjoyed by appreciative guests. Other accommodations include the Farmhouse, the Honeymoon Cottage, the Main Barn rooms, the Hayloft and the Meadowview rooms.
Historic cypress and fragrant eucalyptus trees adorn the property, along with beautiful new gardens and landscaping that has enhanced the farmland. As a tribute to the original farm, there is still a large section of open pastureland that is home to many sheep that live at the ranch. Diners can gaze across the meadow to beautiful views of the Pacific beyond.
While you’re there you can also enjoy the Mission Ranch restaurant, which is a local favorite.
